Solar Panel Cleaning questions
How often should solar panels be cleaned?
Most homes do well with a cleaning twice a year. Homes near dirt roads, construction, farm fields or lots of birds may need it more often. We can set up a twice-a-year schedule for you.
Will cleaning damage my panels or void the warranty?
We use soft brushes and water, with no harsh chemicals or pressure washers, which is the gentle approach panel makers recommend. Check your panel warranty for its own cleaning rules if you are unsure.
Do I need to be home?
No. We just need access to the roof and an outside water spigot. We'll text you when we start and when we're done.
